This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for products and services offered by Alicia AI, a division of Hero Pro Tools under Sterling & Pope Publishing Corp. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. General Policy:
All sales are considered final once service has begun, access to digital content has been granted, or voice AI and automation services have commenced. We invest significant resources in preparing and delivering our products and services, and our pricing reflects this commitment.
2. Digital Products:
2.1 Before Access:
If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet accessed the content or materials, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests must include your order number and the email address used for purchase.
2.2 After Access:
No refunds will be issued once you have downloaded any digital materials, accessed any digital content, viewed any videos or modules, or used any templates or resources. Once digital content has been accessed, all sales are final without exception.
3. AI and Automation Services:
3.1 Before Work Begins:
If you have purchased AI voice automation or CRM services and our team has not yet begun onboarding, configuration, or training, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected].
3.2 After Work Begins:
No refunds will be issued once your Alicia AI agent has been deployed, integrations have begun, call scripts have been created, or the system has been connected to your CRM or lead sources. Once services have begun in any capacity, all sales are final without exception.
4. Website Design and Development:
4.1 Before Development Begins:
If you have purchased website services through Alicia AI but our team has not yet begun work, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
4.2 After Development Begins:
No refunds will be issued once consultations have taken place, design or automation work has begun, hosting or domain services have been provisioned, or any third-party services have been purchased on your behalf. All sales are final once development has started.
5. Consulting Services:
5.1 Before First Session:
If you have purchased consulting services but have not yet scheduled or attended your first session, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
5.2 After Services Begin:
No refunds will be issued once any consulting session is scheduled or completed, deliverables have been shared, or project research has begun. Once consulting services have begun, all sales are final.
6. CRM and Voice AI Setup:
6.1 Before Setup Begins:
If you have purchased CRM or AI setup services and work has not yet started, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
6.2 After Setup Begins:
No refunds will be issued once CRM pipelines, workflows, or automations have been initiated, your AI voice agent has been configured, or you have been given access to a connected system. Once services are in progress, all sales are final.
7. Subscriptions and Termination:
Alicia AI operates on a month-to-month agreement. You acknowledge that our team prepares work 30 days in advance to support your business continuity. After your first 30 days, you may cancel by providing a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle. Notices must be submitted to [email protected].
8. Exceptions:
8.1 Service Unavailability:
If our services are fully unavailable due to technical faults on our end for more than 72 consecutive hours, and no alternative solution is provided, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
8.2 Special Circumstances:
Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at our sole discretion, but approval is not guaranteed.

9.1 Eligible Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
9.2 Fees and Deductions:
Any transaction or processing fees incurred by us may be deducted from your refund. If you retained bonuses or add-on services during a refunded purchase, the value may also be deducted.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes:
By agreeing to this policy, you commit not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that do not qualify for a refund. If a chargeback is filed, you will be responsible for all related administrative and legal fees incurred by Alicia AI or Hero Pro Tools.
